Been a patient for about 3 months now. Already having problems with the Staff at this location. Front desk nurse actually HUNG UP on me 5 times before i got to speak to someone about results on my echo. Good doctors for the most part from what i know. But steer clear of this place the staff makes it horrible experience
I use to work there and Dr. Lang is a horrible Dr. Shanthi is now on my Bad list. Trudy at the front desk is a nasty old woman who needs to retire. Do not go to this office, you will regret it!
I love the doctors at this practice but the staff is extremely unprofessional and not kind to customers. I came back to this office after 3 years only to wait for an hour past my appointment when I arrived EARLY. Dr. shanthi is a spectacular physician but they seriously need to do another staff training on professionalism in the workplace.
Love Dr Shanti but the office staff not so much. On Friday I turned in my blood pressure medication to the Meijer Pharmacy on Monday I called and they said it was blocked and I had to call my Doctor. Tuesday I call after work and state my problem I was out of meds and my blood pressure was rising fast. No one from the Doctors office called so on Wednesday I called them and was told that they would not renew my meds without setting an appointment. Dr. Shanthi is a good Dr. but the office practices are horrible. Five weeks of faxing and phoning have yielded no return phone calls. My prescription was cut off with no notice or explanation. Register on-line with them and find out I have missed dozen of appointments that I never made. WHAT?
