PF has some of the greatest and most helpful staff. Went above and beyond to help with any needs and questions I had. Love this place.
Worst experience ever. The front desk staff were very rude. This was in 2021. Hopefully they have changed their attitude towards people.
They don’t deserve ONE star. Not only did I get completely violated at my last ever visit, but he also accused me of being a drug seeker when I was 2/3 the way through a taper of a med I’ve been prescribed for panic attacks, he also accused me of faking MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS & PMDD. I left in a whirlwind of tears shouting “how dare you!” WHILE the women who were NOT in that office to protect me from his pan, aggressive, demeaning, perverse self- ACCUSED ME of being who was the offender. Jordan is a wonderful doctor , but the front office staff are the rudest people I have come across almost to the point of switching doctors.
