I do not recommend coming here for any reason especially if your in any type of pain. Your better off in an emergency room. I went in for some pretty bad stomach cramps because the e.r is always so full but if it's an emergency I would have went. I just didn't wanna go and have them tell me it was just gas. If you have chronic health conditions, avoid Dr. Jokke Kokkonen at Heritage Health! I have been a patient at Heritage Health for over a decade, and my recent experience since being moved to Dr. Kokkonen (DO) has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have multiple chronic conditions, including EDS, that require me to use a wheelchair for safety and mobility. I love going to Heritage Health in Post Falls. My provider Nancy Hunter is amazing. She listens intently and asks the right questions to get to whatever is ailing me. I highly recommend Nancy if you site looking for a great provider
Allyson is amazing at drawing blood. She is professional and so sweet! She makes getting blood drawn a walk in the park, and is quite an asset to this facility.
When my husband got his DUI in 2020 he was assigned therapy here and he lied to the counselor (Mary ?), telling her he was not married. I think the counselors should distrust their clients enough to search out the truth and at the very least call them out on it, and inform their public defenders/courts!
