Today we took my parents for a tour of the facility, just in case they should ever need short- or long-term care. We were very impressed. Admissions Director, Victoria, patiently answered all of our questions and introduced us to many of the staff members. We will definitely consider Heritage for any future needs that arise.
Everytime I go there to visit with my mom. They nurses staff are very caring, lovely and friendly.
Had a facility tour with Victoria today, considering that I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and hold a BS in Healthcare Management; this was not only one of the cleanest facilities I have toured as a family member but as a member of the healthcare community as well. Fantastic job KG Heritage Hall!! Other SNFs need to sit up and take notice of your example of cleanliness.

The facility went above and beyond for us. I cannot say enough about the nurses and CNAs (Shimeal, Destiny, Carolyn, LaLa, Bethlehem and the Dir of nursing who always ask if we were doing ok) who cared for her. Jessica and Ruth in the kitchen catered to all her requests. ROBIN did a little of everything and helped get us a better mattress and always checked in on her daily.
