If you have a loved one, family member, friend, that needs skilled care this is the place for them! They have a very caring and supportive and loving staff! Everyone at Heritage Hall and I mean everyone treats our family member like family❤️So very happy we chose this home for our loved one!!
they are very rude no one ever picks up the phone and my grandma is not well taken care of . they had me walk all the way back there to get her my grandma almost fell over . they bring wheel chairs for everyone but her …
I want to send a BIG thanks to the team that’s on the 400 unit that’s taking care of my grandmother. You all have been nothing but great to her and I love how you all keep me and my uncle updated on my grandmother. The nursing department team is wonderful. Sending a BIG thanks to Shameka she’s awesome with my grandmother and calls and updates me and my uncle every chance she can about my grandmother.
The experience we have had with Heritage Hall has been nothing but good. Every one has been wonderful to my mother in law and entire family. Thank you so much for being here at our time of need.
