My mother’s five years at HH in Blackstone occurred during Covid and thereafter. The staff was so kind and effective in addressing her dementia and physical problems. My sisters and I shared the visitation among the four of us, and saw her nearly everyday of the week. They were very responsive to our inquiries and requests. It became like family.
