My wife Shirley has been in rehab here after spending 83 days in the hospital in Roanoke VIRGINIA. HER care here has been wonderful with a shout out to CNA Melissa Haywood and JAMIE, The RN Whitney and the PT Team of Matt and Anthony
Unit Manager Lindsey and her team is wonderful! They are always very welcoming to anyone on their unit. They provide excellent care to their residents and I always enjoy working with them!!
I was "incarcerated" for 3 weeks in the Villa at Heritage Hall and feel very positive about the care that I received. Yes, there were a few marginal caregivers but the positives win. Naming certain individuals is risky because I might omit one or more. However, I am a risk taker. PT and OT is ourstanding. Matt, Anthony and Ana Maria were particulary key to my physical improvement. On the bedroom side Melissa, Jamie, Jessie, Abbegale, Aly and Whitney were shining stars. Kudos to staff and for the facility.
My mom passed away there tonight as soon as she got back from hospital. They have me a few things from her room but not her purse or clothes. The nurse called me upset because there is no one to administrate her morphine her pain meds so she died right before I got there the fever was horrible but didn't have anything for diabetic kidneys shut down said it was from not taking care of her diabetes but that's a lie I'm sure they didn't give her her medicine like they were supposed to they couldn't even feed him right in her cl... read more
