I worked with my stylist as best I could to explain what I wanted with a photo of what I wanted but my hair is very different from the photo. I paid $600 for my hair to end up uneven with brassy, dark, purple tones when I requested a black to grey ombré. Only the stylist Miranda Robertson and the Owner Heather Cox think my hair matches the photo when my friends, family, coworkers and strangers all agree my hair isn’t close to the photo and that I was over charged. Heather Cox, the owner, refuses to give me a refund.
Been going to Heather Cox for 10+ years. Her and the entire Heritage staff are amazing and I always get so many compliments on my hair. The salon is warm and inviting. Always love my visits to Heritage Hair Lounge
