Great place to trust the care of a loved one. Compassionate staff that truly love the residents. They really rolled out the red carpet for us, were very accomodating from day one. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they love their job! Very beautiful, well maintained buildings, with every convenience at your fingertips. We loved that it was a monthly rental, yet has progressive care. Kisco is a solid company, who puts resident and family satisfaction first. You pay for what you get at Heritage Greens
The people make this place special- the sales folks were helpful and sweet. The whole staff works together really well. The Executive Director is funny, and very compassionate. My friend moved in and really loves it. I think the price is pretty reasonable considering all the services you get. Very secure feeling place, too.
I wouldn't even rate this place. The Executive Director and the Director of Nursing lie to these families knowing if they let the residents in the community that were a higher level of care, they would increase these people's rates, they wouldn't tell the families that until they're loved ones were already in the community. The staff is treated unfairly and lied to constantly. And expected to lie to the families as well. I have witnessed all of their tricks first hand.
