This place like so many others is so understaffed at night. On weekends especially at night. For instance they have 4 women staffing the whole place. I need ice packs the young lady trying very hard brings a ice pack that she had to make out of a ziplock bag but dropped just as she arrived. I broke "I'm sorry I'll make another and bring it right back" 3 hours ago still no ice pack. Theses girls are in panic mode all night. Great girls just to many people to care for. Price is still the same though.
My mother, Mary Radspinner, spent her last two years at Heritage Nursing Home, and I just have to speak out on their behalf! They did all they could to care for her and give her as much attention as they could . They are a very loving staff, and we appreciated all they did - nurses, aids, activities, maintenance crew,cleaning, laundry and kitchen help. You all are so appreciated. Keep up the tender loving care!
