My parking space has needed to be repainted to say "reserved" for a very long time now. Everytime I come home I am unable to park in my space because the neighbors park there. I can't call the tow company every time this happens. I've tried reaching out to the office and the phone just rings with no voicemail or anything. I will change my review once I get a response and a solution.
I bought here because it was affordable and the HOA fee was the lowest in the area. There are some units that have issues but the community is friendly and the property management is good.
