From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Kim at the desk, I knew that is where I wanted to bring my mom. Shelly the marketing director was so helpful and understanding to my mom’s needs. All the staff were kind and compassionate. Wren the activities director was so caring. He brought smiles to everyone he met. Jem the health director set high standards for her nurses and med techs. Elizabeth the NP was top notch. Best assisted living facility in Mechanicsville.
Navigating the process of finding an assisted living facility for a family member, particularly with specialized memory care services, was daunting. My husband and I weren't sure where to even begin.
