I'm familiar with chad o. even though that is not his real name. chad o. had an account with us,so that allowed him to pick up items without paying until the months statement was due. He did indeed have a balance due and still does to this day for services we provided and we have never received payment. So tell me,who is the "bogus" one in this situation, Heritage Glen for providing a quality service and never being paid or chad o. for never paying his bill?

Rate them a 2 and we will Never take anything to this dry cleaner. again.. they do poor work at times and added a 50% charge for an item we supposedly picked up 2 years ago and did not tell us until we caught it later on the bill. How do you pick up an item at a dry cleaners without paying? They just tried to get the bogus charge past us and didn't. Check your bills carefully if you use them. They have gone way down-hill in the last year!

Amazing Customer Service!! – This is the second time we have needed something drycleaned on very short notice. I called Heritage Drycleaners in Kenwood and the owner went above and beyond to help us out. Our son who is in the military came home for Christmas and needed his dress uniform to be steam pressed. We took his uniform there straight from the airport and it was ready the next morning. Today I called Heritage Drycleaners again to see if he could steam press his dress uniform again.
