Top Notch Frame Shop Heritage Gallery is the place to go if you have a bare wall that needs some attention. They have dozens of books with different prints you can buy (some all ready to go - buy off their walls). They also have a tremendous selection of frames. It can get pricey, but for a much loved piece of art or a family heirloom it's worth it. The owners are helpful in selecting art and finding what you need.
Best custom framing, high quality at affordable prices – Somewhat hidden but close to Portland (right off 164th and Mill Plain in Vancouver)... they have a TON of amazing art, mostly limited editions and some original artwork from local artists. I've had two pictures framed by them and they had them the next day. They beat Beards and Craft Warehouse prices and they use the high quality, "preservation" materials.
