Our sales guys, Chris and Taylor were great. No pressure, easy to talk to, and real straight shooters. They were the bomb and that's why we made our purchase at Heritage and not Lazy Boy.
Micha was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. He took the time to measure furniture in the store to show us what size we would be looking at since the items we purchased weren’t in the store for us to visually see. Will definitely go back in the future if we are in need of getting new things for the house!
