This place is run by men that have integrity. I have only had to go through the process of planning a cremation one time and Heritage made the process so easy. We were met with such compassion from these men. When checking prices, the gentleman that I spoke with is the one that showed up that night to pick my nephew up. This has been a rough time but these men made it just a little better. Thank you for what you do.
Shawn and his team came through big for me and my family in the handling of the death of my father. I highly recommend Heritage Funeral to anybody in south central Kansas that has to suffer and grieve through the loss of a loved one and might need a lot of help to take care of things in a timely matter. My mother passed away the end of March, 2018. In 2017, the family met with Shawn and Steve, of Heritage Funeral Home in El Dorado, KS, and made pre-arrangements for the date of our mother's passing. Upon her death, Heritage was simply wonderful to work with. Throughout the entire process, Heritage was professional, thoughtful, compassionate, and there for us.!
