Brought in my Ford Bronco sport for a simple brake light fix on a random day and the team was super respectful and friendly. Despite being very busy, I was back in my car within an hour of arrival.
Was not expecting the major repairs needed on my company vehicle. Not was I expecting an additional issue once the initial work was done to the tune of $7000. The additional issue arose and $1200 for a part and who knows how much labor to install. I was shocked to learn they wouldn’t charge me for the additional repair since they had no good reason why the PCM would fail.
