The staff are friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. The flowers are fresh and beautiful. One can just share thoughts and ideas - they can create the most beautiful arrangements. I won't use any other florist when I order flowers for the Madison AL area.
My family and I have been getting flower arrangements made by Heritage for almost 20 yrs. They have always been wonderful and helpful every time we go in.
I live in Florida; my in-laws live in Huntsville. My wife is often visiting them on days like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. How do I get flowers to them? Heritage Florists & Gifts is the answer. I have used them a number of times to send both cut arrangements and live plants. BEST FLOWER SHOP ! I live in Central Texas and have called Heritage Flower Shop on more than one occasion ....AT THE LAST MINUTE....at closing time on major holidays and special events....Mother's day was one that comes to mind....When all other shops said orders had to be in before 1:00 for same day delivery......HERITAGE CAME THROUGH for me!! Overpriced for product I ordered flowers and was disappointed with what I paid for and what I received. The flowers were supposed to be exotic and it was primarily daisies, roses, and baby's breath.
