Had a nice trip to KBTV. Everyone was so helpful. Two call-outs: 1) thank you for the ride to our hotel and 2) I had a maintenance issue prior to departure which the mechanics took quick, efficient and correct care of. I’m so thankful they were able to get me back into the sky. Heritage is a great place to stop and i hope I’ll be back. All prices found to be fair and reasonable by this GA pilot.
Super clean, bright and efficient airport
OK airport. Small. Cleaning needs help, it looked like no cleaning got done overnight when I showed up for my 6:30 am flight. Staff I encountered were friendly but seemed a little too casual and relaxed for a high security area. Definitely a different vibe than in the main hubs. Rental car area is small, low traffic. May need to self-serve depending on staff availability. Nothing wrong, all good, just not 5/5.
