Had to get the waterpump replaced on my 2015 Freightliner asap. Heritage got me in the shop the same day and had me out by end of day to deliver my load on time. Repair was professionally done and they did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me in the loop of how the repair was progressing. Cost of repair was also reasonable and fair . Definitely will be doing business with heritage in the future.
The technician that came out to work on my truck name was Mark and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable and did a great job and got me back on the road.
Michael and Heritage saved the day by having a tech go out and diagnose the coach bus quickly so it could continue its trip with students. The tech knew exactly what to do and had the right equipment to allow our bus to continue safely. I received texts and emails to keep me informed of the ETA and when completed, received a detailed computer list of what he found and what he did to resolve the problem. Thank you!
