Very unreliable! I never got a visit from the contractor, called Heritage several times and left a mesage - never got a return phone call from Heritage or the contractor. I have referred several people to them, and I would never refer anyone again. It has been one week since I have left numerous messages and no one has returned my phone call. It was for an electric fireplace insert installation - which is a bit expensive - but no call at all.
