We are very happy with our stove but the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the process to decide which stove worked for our house was a little cumbersome. We picked out a stove but then weeks later was told that wouldn't work for our space, despite the stove being offered as an option. We ended up getting one that we like for our space and it has been wonderful. The install team was great to work with, very happy overall.
This shop has been amazing. We bought a wood burning stove from them 3 years ago and have been having issues with it. The manufacture was not willing to address the issues so at their own cost Heritage gave us a brand new wood burner and installed it! It’s so rare to find a company that goes above and beyond. Heritage is one of those companies. Thank you Shaun for all your help!
I've been working with Mitch at Heritage. He's been awesome, working hard to get me into the right stove. If you're trying to find a stove for your home, I strongly recommend giving them a call. They're too far away to be able to install my stove, which is a shame. I'd welcome the chance to work with them further.
Great, friendly people and excellent service that goes "above and beyond." We bought a Regency fireplace (that we love) from Heritage and soon after installation we discovered that it made a sound (a beep) when lighting that our dog HATES. Shaun at Heritage was able to fix the issue for us and replaced a part free of charge, even though there was nothing "wrong" with the unit. Highly, highly recommended.
