The bank made a mistake. They pulled funds from one account and that isn't the account they should of tried to take money from. They even charged me a 30.00 bounce fee. I spoke to 2 different women from the Evansville branch. They blew me off. I went to the Owensboro branch to close all my accounts and Ben Wolter took care of me. He looked into it and even gave me a letter for the company that they returned the check too. He is awesome. He treats you like you are #1. He is the reason Heritage still has my accounts.
