Work provided is ok, but how does any business wait 18 months to send a bill and then want payment in 10 days? Had mower(purchased new here) serviced July 2024, said would send bill. Stopped several months later to remind never got bill and said would be getting one. Can't pay in person without statement and only one person does billing (been down this road before). I guess should have asked when as never dreamed this long. No explanation, no apology, just pay in 10 days despite fact they took year and half to send bill. Not... read more
We work with Brian in the parts department he worked a really good deal on a rim for my 9690 combine we drove seven hours from Tennessee to pick it up The rim was correct and I was very pleased with the deal he worked with us thank you heritage farm equipment for helping me out when I was in need I would recommend anyone give them a call see if they can work you a good deal on some parts or a new Massey Ferguson tractor or white planters I'm sure they will work you a good deal
