Switching over to Heritage Family Health has been one of the best decisions our family has ever made. We really appreciate all the staff and feel like they really care. We also appreciate the fact that they take time to listen, like they are not rushing out the door to see the next patient and we are just another number. the office is very clean and cozy. Overall, always a very good experience.
I just switched to this doctors office and I love it. Their office is super clean and it feels very cozy. The doctors, nurses and receptionist are very friendly people and prepare your paperwork in advance ... no waiting around and wasteing time !! Right now, I'm not at all thrilled. No answering machine, no hours posted. They had moved abruptly from Myerstown with no notice to their existing patients and then didn't notify those patients about their new practice, name or hours. I desperately need to see a doctor today, and my records are still there...but not for long. I need a doctor that is reliable!
