I was interviewed by a psychologist with Heritage Family Health for my WorkSafeBC claim. Although I was told I would have a three-hour appointment, it was actually 90 minutes. The psychologist seemed very impatient, as she rushed through our interview and was dismissive of my responses and concerns. Although I had been physically assaulted at work, I was not able to get the mental health support that I so desperately needed.
