We were just new to the city and were recommended this clinic by neighbors. I have a real fear of dentist’s and was nervous. The level of care and respect they give you from the time you enter their clinic to when you leave is the best I have ever received. Would 100% recommend to everyone.

I have been a patient here for many, many years. The staff are warm, friendly and bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have had 2 emergencies, and both times was in to see my dentist immediately. I recommend Heritage Family Dental to all my family and friends, and anyone requiring a good dental group!

Dr. Alred was exceptionally warm, calm, and transparent in explaining what needed to be done. From the front desk to the back office, every member of his team was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The entire staff created a welcoming and supportive environment, which made the experience both comfortable and reassuring.

The hygienist (i can't remember her name, the first time i saw her and she has been there for 5 years) and Dr. Allred are the best. I would like to keep that hygienist for every visit. She was kind and truly cared about my well being. Thank you both!!!

I had an excellent experience, From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is clean, modern, and clearly run with a high standard of care. I especially want to recognize Taylor, the dental assistant, who made my visit smooth and stress-free. Taylor was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the process.
