The doctors are amazing but had a terrible experience due to the incompetence of the insurance coordinator. Who after 4 months came up with a new quote 1 week before my surgery date when I was ALREADY given a quote before. When I spoke to her over the phone she just didn’t bother to take interest in this and help out. Wasted my 5 months, would never suggest anyone to do business with such incompetent insurance coordinator.
The doctors are amazing but the insurance coordinator is very unprofessional and rude. After 4 months of back and forth appointments and medical clearances with Dr. Patel, she only figures out just a few days before a SCHEDULED SURGERY APPOINTMENT, that they got out of network with our insurance. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. There are people way precise and smart to handle this position. She thinks others time is not as valuable and important. An apology doesn’t work like that!
