Horrible communication. Completely unreliable.
This company was chosen to remove the lead paint hazard from our home in Chittenden county. From the beginning we were lied to, or ignored, rescheduled and left wondering if the work would ever get done. Lies appear to be the company policy when dealing with clients; their "Project Manager's" fictions are so blatantly transparent and abundant, he may be a pathological liar. This was possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. I know, as a general rule, contractors are not to be trusted, but these morons take it to a whole new level. If you are working with these guys, make sure you have fresh batteries in your BS meter because every word you hear from the owner or his number 2 is probably a lie. Hire these people only if you have plenty of money to burn, too much time on your hands, and love headaches.
