Rob made the process of upgrading the technology in a redesigned great room easy. He is extremely informed on the latest tech and trends but allows you to make your own decisions without any undue sales pressure. Heritage Technology took care of everything. - planning, ordering, delivery, installation, cleanup, and, most importantly, user education. Can’t recommend Heritage highly enough for any A/V technology project you may need help with.

We had our TV installed above our fireplace by Rob and his team, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation was clean, professional, and everything was mounted securely with the wires hidden beautifully. It completely transformed the room, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommend!
What a relief to have Heritage Smart Technology come to set up cameras, video doorbell, floodlight recorder at our elderly loved ones home.
