I have a service two weeks ago, rotation and oil change. I lost one lug nuts on my wheel. I check all my wheel lug nuts and detect some of them is not strong tightened. All the people check your wheels after rotation. I don’t want to lose my life afte this bad service. :(
The service dept is inept. They do not do the work they said. They are unresponsive and they do not answer calls. absolutely horrible.
Used to be a great experience. Now the “express” service lane took +2 hours for a simple oil change. Very Disappointing.
