I was greatly impressed with the kindness, knowledge, concern, thoroughness, and professionalism of everyone I came in contact with at Heritage Dental Center in Crescent Springs. I would definitely recommend Heritage to my friends and family.
Do not recommend. They charged me several times more than the discussed cost estimate, with no statements or documents provided.
If I could give them less, I would. If you want to feel completely blindsided by your dentist, this is where you should go if you want them to just take your money and put you in pain go here. After five hours of drilling on my face, I was given no follow up instructions whatsoever and they say that’s how they run their practice. I Left the office crying in pain and the only paperwork they gave me when leaving was a dental plan that cost over $25,000 save your money and go somewhere else
My husband was a patient of Dr Sardinia for many years. We made an appointment for him with Dr Sardinia himself to start the process of extractions and top plate denture. All went well up until the day of surgery February 2nd. When we arrived we were blind sided that the practice had been sold and he was now under another dentist care. Billing and claim issues galore! Claims to extract a tooth were sent to my dental insurance listing me as the patient when the work was preformed on my husband. Contacted the front desk 3 times to correct denied claims to no avail. They are sending me now to a 3rd party to rectify the situation myself. Requested an itemized statement of the services preformed as we were charged 5,000 more than the estimate. I was again instructed to contact the 3rd party.
