Last year, Heritage painted the exterior of our home and the whole experience start to finish, from quoting to the 1 year warranty inspection the next year, was great! Since our exterior painting last year, our house had a leak and we had a lot of wood replaced around a window. The company (not Heritage) that did the repairs left the window and trim in a not great state, so we contacted Heritage again this year. very happy with the outcome - coverage was beautiful - the gentleman doing the work was prompt, helpful and clean up was perfect - other than new paint, couldn't even tell he'd been here
I appreciated the various levels of support I received throughout the paint process - from paint selection to job finish. Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and able to support my decisions for a best-fit solution. Our painter, Chris, was great at working around my schedule and giving clear instructions when needing to let certain areas dry and reach a ready-to-paint state. I highly recommend Heritage Custom Painting to anyone for their next painting project!
This is the 3rd project we've had Heritage complete and everything has always been done on time and to perfection. We've been fortunate to have Cesar our last 2 projects, who is so kind and friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. Ashleigh was great to work with for the initial quote too. We will continue to use Heritage for every paint project we have.
Extremely overpriced. Work was sub par. Paint and stain on floors and baseboards, curtain rods. Missed spots. Hidden costs after signing contract related to patching holes. Attention to detail was not there. Painters did not know how to stain our stairs properly and were not confident in the process or materials.
