Heritage Custom Builders built a summer home for us and we couldn't be happier. Mike assisted us with designing our home for the lot size and what we needed as a family. We were able to tour the factory while the house was being built and then watch it being dropped on to our property. Once on the property, Tim took over and did all the finishing work. Everyone was extremely professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

When it came time for us to build a new family lake house, I found Heritage Custom Builders/Tim Cassidy Builders online. I spoke to Mike on the phone, he answered many questions and helped me decide that modular construction was right for us. Our home burned on March 25th. Signed purchase agreement and paid half down on July 29th. Expressed to them several times in June and July , our lease is up on the rental house thru the insurance company on Dec 13th. Was told that would not be a problem, they have hired more crews, and the modular would be complete. Was informed by a Ritz Craft employee that my house sat on their lot in Jonesville for 4-5 weeks waiting on the contractor. ******** project needed a single length of concrete foundation wall poured prior to the delivery and set of her modular home. Our foundation contractor was backed up due to the unexpected weather in November. We reached out to several other concrete contractors to get the wall poured but they were all behind schedule for the same reasons. We're the contractor so, ultimately, the delay is on us.
