The staff are great people . My mother wished to spend her last days there . She didn't get to spend much time there . But like I said . The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable for her and the family .
Sometimes a thank you is just not enough! What a wonderful group of compassionate and caring people. Heritage Crossing's amazing team not only cared for him, but they eased our souls knowing he was wonderfully taken care of. Without a doubt, Heritage Crossing was the best choice we could have made for our farther. You are a class act when it comes to supporting our veterans. Beautiful facility and amazing staff. Follow-up continues for months after. I have no idea why there aren’t more facilities like this. They take all the mystery out of the difficult process
