I've been renting here for 8 months and have had no issues. If maintenance is required e.g. AC/furnace inspection or water shut off for repairs I am always promptly notified. No issues with rodents or bugs. 2 parking stickers are assigned per unit. I have always been able to find a parking spot not too far from my unit in the lot. However, off lot/on street parking is very tight.
I have lived here less than a year. 3+ times - water shut off in the middle of day with no notice 5+ times - water shut off with < 2 hours of notice bugs, smells, a dryer that takes 3 runs to dry my clothes, a water heater closet so disgusting that I never dared open it after the first time In case that's STILL not enough to convince you to live somewhere else, see the attached notice we got in April that was dated for January.
The management here is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Unwilling to hear out a resident who is a renter in this community. They refused to give me information to upper management about a issue I had- therefore it was unresolved. There doesn’t seem to be any else to reach to help a resident solve an issue. I would not recommend living here because if you have any issues it will not be properly addressed. They implement new policies without proper notification.
The Condo fees got higher, too many mice and bed bags recently, dirt smell evertywhere.
