I used Heritage Contracting Corp. For a major home remodel. While I love my home, and respectfully feel Dean's design inspiration and overall architecture vision are quite unmatched, his customer service and insulting behavior towards me requires that I warn potential customers of what I went through. During my kitchen remodel, I replaced a screen door. When the door came in, Dean's crew drilled the holes on the wrong side, rendering it useless.
