Buyers Beware Heritage Construction has not honored home warranty (FEBRUARY 2023). Denise Arnold incompetent highly incompetent would be a compliment to describe my involvement with her to honor the warranty work needed to be completed. PLEASE TAKE THESE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY. This company is the scum of the earth. Ran by terrible (now deceased👍🏻🤗🤣😂) man. They have always built cheap, poor quality homes. They will never honor your warranty. Their modus operandi is taking advantage of low income families.
We had nothing but issue after issue with this house. Don’t even bother asking for help or to stand up to their warranty. Won’t happen. Watch out for an employee, Wilver Ruiz who took money to do a job in our home and never finished and then disappeared. Took the money and ran. Beware.
This Construction company need to take notes from D.R. Horton, Century and and other good replica Builders out there, the customer service is terrible also problem after problem with this "NEW" house I and the really hate to stand behind their warranty.
