Agents are of no help sorting out the multitude of problems with billing. Save yourself the trouble and get insurance elsewhere.
Disrespectful old lady that took my phone call and hung up on me also wouldn't give me a quote for auto insurance. False advertisement and do not do business with this company and save yourself a headache.
