Best place I have ever worked! The not-for-profit difference is amazing.
Your new staffing model is not working. Those poor girls are running themselves ragged. I visited mostly evenings between 5 and 7 pm call lights would be on 30 minutes to an hour before someone could answer it. When you are that busy things fall through the cracks. Wake up management before it’s to late.
Please, Please stop and think before admitting anyone you love to this torture chamber. My dad spent a good month there for rehab and he left to be admitted to the hospital on a gurney. He had mysterious illnesses and falls while there. He lost all leg strength and could not walk. The original case worker we had just lied about everything. LARA investigation in progress. Dad has been out of there since 3/31 and he is in a far better facility with no mystery illnesses.........RUN away from this place as being a choice.
Recently my mother got fired for wearing nail polish....she was a server and was wearing gloves...the person in charge then stated my mother should have been fired a long time ago for calling in when she started working eight months ago. She hadn't called in in eight months. She even worked on her days off and covered people's shifts that called in consistently. I cannot express how upset my mother is. The company wants to fire a good employee and keep employees that gossip and call in. This is bull.
I THINK THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME TO EVERYONE-!! DEFINITELY DERSERVES A 5 STAR RATING-!!
