Super disappointing customer service. With no bells & whistles like other credit unions, they really need to work on it. Tried for a few years, understanding the moving & downsizing of locations, loss of customers and the 4.1 rating. Makes sense.
I had really amazing experience with them. So friendly and warm staffs!
Small credit union with great customer service. Friendly, polite and know their customers by name. Not just an account. Always going the extra mile. Never crowded. Just wish they didn't change their weekend hours.
