Brought a new dress in for a simple hem. Dress was expensive and NWT. Was advised dress had to be dry cleaned along with alterations. $40 total. Dress was returned with a serged hem ! Additionally, the gemstone embellishment at the waist is missing 3 stones. They did give me a refund, but the dress is ruined ! They don’t care.
Went there to get my dressed altered, was told since I didn’t have it pre pinned they couldn’t help me… she then told me to go to a competitors location. Luckily the people at Moncks Corner cleaner were so nice and kind. That’s for the recommendation to a better cleaners I guess…
I found Heritage online looking for a dry cleaner close by, and was very concerned by all the bad reviews. I noticed though that all the most recent reviews were very positive, and one mentioned they had moved to a new location, so I figured I would give them a try. I dropped my vest and jacket off Monday morning around 9:00, and they were done by 4:00 PM on Wednesday. Good customer service, and they did a great job cleaning them! Heritage Cleaners will have my business from now on!
