Tried to get ahold of the parts department for an entire week! I called multiple times a day, left messages and not once did I get a hold of anyone from the parts department. You would think with how many parts you have to replace with owning a Chrysler, they would have a parts department.
Terrible service, on both mechanics and reception
They charged us like $300 to charge a battery before even beginning the work on our alternator. So 1 relay ended up costing us around $600. The most disgusting service we've ever received from any shop, ever.
