Team effort and well established staff. They put the patients needs first and always the priority. Great team work!!
A sham. Looks good at first glance. In my opinion the staff that handles patient care need to undergo hospitality training and better training in care management. You hurt my grandmother pretty badly. The nurse or aid was helping my grandmother use the restroom and swung her head up hitting her in the eye. She now has an infection and we have to see a specialist in Sydney to make sure she doesn't lose vision in her right eye. As well an aid treated my grandmother badly because she developed diarrhea. Wouldn't trust them to take care of my dog let alone a family member. I'm 100% sure someone was abusing my family member in their care yet they blew me off acting like I was the crazy one. Please don't put any family member in this place.
