My house has 3 bedrooms, a living room and 2 staircases that are all carpet. We bought the house in 2017 and have never had a deep cleaning of the carpets. Scheduled with Heritage to come out, I was home all day and they ended up getting there a bit earlier than the appointment time which was great. We have a dog that had a few accidents on some of the carpets and they did a deep clean of those rooms with a special pet odor eliminator and cleaned all of the carpets in the house.
