The sales staff is intimidating and frightened me enough so, when asking for a refund, I wound up leaving the store and calling the Town of Poughkeepsie police. They are not nice people, and the bizarre behavior of some members of the staff is unsettling. I have never had a similar experience at any store before. I filled a complaint with BBB.
