It was an incredible experience. My vehicle needed to be kept for a few hours, and I was kindly provided with a shuttle ride back home. The professionalism displayed was truly remarkable.

Horrible service. They were not able to explain adequately the reason why my oil change costed $100 more than the price listed only that it uses “super oil” and tbe price was not listed. Then one person said that it was because of a recall that they performed. If that was the case, the vehicle was defective enough to need a recall and now I will pay an additional $100 every time I bring the vehicle in for service. Is it really a complimentary recall if I am upchargwd $100 every time I have service perdormed?
22.5k mile tire rotation and multipoint inspection. TJ took good care of me to get me in and out asap. The team did a good job, and even sent me a short video of the brake pad inspection while I waited. This is a great addition in that a problem can be shown to a customer by way of video rather than just a verbal explanation.
