Good service experience this time. I had vowed to never come back.
Wait time was 45 minutes then had to reschedule no loaner car available
TJ Was very knowledgeable about the car, the process and how long it was going to take. He made sure I was updated on the technical things the technician found and the recommendation. He provided excellent customer service and I would come to this location to have my vehicle serviced again.
