Used them through a contractor, waited for months to get cabinets in, waited longer for our countertops, when they finally put them in they put the wrong one in the bathroom, had to wait again for them to replace it with he right one. They installed a cabinet door that had a huge crack in it that I made them replace. They messed up the color of floating shelves twice before they got it right. They installed our cabinets in our home on hallmark dr in Pocatello. Within only a couple months, they started to chip and wear. They are not durable at all. We take very well of our home so it is not something we do wrong. They also never finished the post leading down to our basement, so you can see all the seams. We asked several times for it to be completed and they never came out.

Nothing but problems and headaches from these people!! Was promised our granite would be delivered on a Tuesday morning (contactor waiting for it to proceed). After a LOT of excuses and unreturned phone calls, finally the granite arrived Thursday afternoon. BUT the main piece had a large crack in it. We were told they would glue it and make a repair...WTH?
