Fraud...they charge extra $$ for no reasons. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE. I went to our annual physical, which was supposed to 100% covered by my Insurance. Doc asked about my medical history during the visit and did regular physical examination and some lab work as scheduled. But the bill was sent of over $1000. When I called the hospital and asked them about the charges they said I was charged because I asked some medical questions to the doc in my visit which I never did.
Dr Akkahd is a great dr highly recommend!
