A good company gone bad. Heritage mishandled a copier deal we made in 2020 and left us owing money to the leasing company. Now, no one responds.
We lease a Xerox copier from Heritage/ Stewart and can't get supplies. Have they gone out of business?
Horrible customer service. Ordered toner and it's on back order once again. The last time we ordered toner it was on back order for over a month. Cannot get anyone to respond although they said they would follow up. How are you supposed to run a business with you cannot get any toner. Continuing problem with this company.
