Hi Heritage company! Do you realize your phone number doesn't work even I press #1 as emergency call? I used 215-491-4800. It was practically leaving a pre-recorded voice and lead caller to press around to NO WHERE.
Agree with Jason 100%. Buyer beware! Built a $320,000 home with structural problems which they never fixed. First four years we endured problems with plumbing and electrical issues. When they sent someone out, they made so many holes in the walls & then that took up to a year of calling to finally get them to finish the job. Horrible customer service. It's true, once they have your money, you're treated like a piece of dog crap.
Buyer Beware. Customer service sucks. If you have a major problem with your home your on your own. Once they have your money your treated like a piece of dog crap.
