I scheduled an appointment for service on my gmc Acadia. I told them I had an extended warranty on the phone and they said no problem that they would call them and take care of it. After I drove there at 7 am to drop it off, they refused to service it because they said it was too much work to call the warranty company and they didn't like that company....
